If cards were dealt in real life as they are in on-line multi table poker tournaments there would be dealers killed every single day. Cards are dealt in on-line tournaments to replicate the highlights of televised live tournaments which have attracted on-line poker players in the first place. They are as fixed as a synchronised swimmer's smile but they cost gullible people money!
